                          WARRANTY AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT

All deposits are non-refundable and will hold the puppy until such time as it is old enough to go to it’s new home or to be shipped. Puppy must be paid for in full two weeks before you take possession.

Puppy comes with a limited healthwarranty; to qualify for the health warranty you must be the original buyer and take said puppy to a licensed veterinarian with 48 hours of possession. Unless it is Friday. Then you have until the close of business hours on Monday to have the puppy examined at your expense. If the puppy is found to be in unacceptable health during this 48 hour period, it may be returned to us at your expenses for replacement of sellers choice when one is available. If a problem does exist and you decide not to return puppy, all vet bills are your expense. If puppy is returned A written assessment from the examining vet must accompany the puppy. The puppy must be alive, uninjured and have original papers when returned for replacement. The health warranty only covers the puppy, we do not cover nor are we responsible for associated costs such as, but not limited to vet fees, animal clinic costs, medications, shipping, personal damage and emotional grief.

We do not guarantee color, the adult size, conformation  potty training ability or the temperament of the puppy. This guarantee does not cover common conditions such as, but not limited to, improper bite, thin coat,  low blood sugar (hypoglycemia), internal and external parasites, luxating patella, minor physical flaws, loose stools, coccidia, or any condition that can be corrected with veterinarian treatment or surgically. ALL PUPPIES ARE SOLD ON LIMITED REGISTRATION.

This puppy is guaranteed until it is one year old for life threatening hereditary conditions confirmed by two different vets that it is indeed, beyond doubt, a life threatening heriditary condition that cannot be treated with medication or surgically.  I must be notifed within 24 hours of vet's diagnosis and the vet's telephone number supplied to me with the vet being instructed to answer any questions I have about puppy's condition. All tests and lab results shall be faxed immediately to the vet of my choice. If such condition does occur, the puppy will be replaced by another puppy of seller’s choice when one becomes available if the above conditions are met and the puppy is returned to me at buyers expense. There will be no cash refunds. If the puppy is kept, all vet bills are the responsibility of the buyer. If this hereditary condition results in the death of the puppy, an autopsy must be performed within 24 hours to verify this without doubt with the results being sent to the vet of my choice. If not, this guarantee is invalid.. A replacement puppy of like value will be given when one is available if the terms of this contract are followed.. Only one replacement puppy will be given. Although the puppy is vaccinated against Parvo, Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza and Bordellla. No guarantee is given against these diseases due to their unpredictable nature. No warranty is given on this puppy if any shots, worming medications or medications of any kind are given to him within this 48 hour period.  No LEPTO vaccination should be given to this puppy at any time or this contract shall be null and void.  This puppy is also to be kept inside in a temperture controlled environment at all times as they have no undercoat and are unable to stand extreme temperatures.

This puppy has been vet checked and is in good health to the best of my knowledge.  I also will retain first refusal right and must be contacted if puppy/dog must be re-homed at anytime and for any reason within two years from date on this contract.  If puppy/dog is returned to me during rehoming process, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and all original papers shall be put in my name before dog is shipped if I agree at my discretion to take said puppy/dog back.   I will attempt to resell it for you and give you the price I am able to obtain minus vet bills ,advertising  and etc.  Please be advised that it may not be what you originally paid for the puppy/dog   If I keep the dog/puppy instead of reselling it, then your purchase price minus the non refundable deposit you paid for said puppy, vet checks and shipping costs will be returned to you within six months from the date dog/puppy is returned to me with deductions made for age and condition of dog/puppy and the length of time you have had said dog/puppy.. 

.Failure to abide by this contract will result in legal action in the County of Mercer, State of Kentucky.  If this puppy is sold on limited contract and is found to have been bred, dog and all puppies will be confiscated and a $2,500. default fee levied.  Any dispute concerning this purchase will be filed in the courts of the County of Mercer, State of kentucky.

This written agreement is the entire agreement concerning the health agreement of this puppy.

I, the buyer, have read and understand this limited warranty. I accept these terms.

 Please read this Warranty carefully and make sure you understand it.  No money will be returned after it is signed.     If an issue with your puppy does occur, it will be handled strictly according to this contract with no exceptions.
