I am a small breeder located in the beautiful Bluegrass area of Kentucky.

I strive to raise yorkies that are within the AKC standard for yorkies.

My puppies are healthy, happy and pre-spoiled when they come to you.

My dogs are all A.K.C. registered and come from several championship

bloodlines,

I have teasingly been called a ‘living room breeder’ because my yorkies

have taken over my formal living room.

They are gated in that room with all the comforts of home.

My husband and I are both retired and these little creatures are our babies.

I have puppies for sale at times and if there is nothing at this time that you like,

I will keep in touch with you and put you on a waiting list if you so desire.

I require a $300.00 non-refundable deposit to hold puppies.

I take no personal checks but do have a PayPal account or you can pay

with USPS money order.

I offer a one year health guarantee against genetic defects.

There are no cash refunds but the puppy will be replaced following the terms of my health contract.

I prefer that puppies are picked up but I will ship at buyer’s expense, weather permitting.

I am also open to the idea of escorting your puppy by plane at your expense if my time permits.
